This is the worst storage facility and the city the lights don't even work in the buildings. Management team did not honor or offer online savings or coupons overcharge do not rent here.

My best help suggestion to others is go someplace else. We made an online application for an online deal for a 5X10. When I arrived at the office the agent couldn’t find our name in the computer. I attempted to give him our confirmation number, but gave me the deer in the headlights look and continued to try and find our name in the computer. Finally, he decided we could just go look at the units and decide from there. When he showed me the “5X10” (very small 5X10 at that) and I asked him the price he told $78.00 (the online deal was $65.00). I told him I’d have to talk it over with my wife and then he left me to find my own way out of the maze. Kind of felt I was suckered into a bait and switch. Don’t waste your time.

The guy said they've been using the same outdated locks installed 50 years. The Lox can easily be broken into with a screwdriver unscrewing the screws that hold the latch which all type of locks that or up today would cover the screws with the locking mechanism being in front of it this place I brought to their attention they said you know that's why you should have insurance okay so he referred to in the beginning why you should have insurance if the tree falls and hits the stuff you were liable for it I said okay but I know later on that time when I was letting them know about the reviews it's another thing you brought to my attention about things being broken into and then I brought up the camera situation he says they don't have cameras covering all lockers are all areas he just goes off of the gate access code So I says the end of side job that would have to do it then he said yes meanwhile there's an old gentleman there sitting at the other day I seen this guy that I'm actually talking to who is you know explain you know why they're not even attempting to replace alive sir update it with the method that I was going to give him because I buy things wholesale and I happen to bring a lock in and show them how cheaply I was able to get this form and no expense in my service young gentlemen only being here for 30 days check on it off and play and blew me off once again just place is a joke it's cheap as hell for 15 bucks but for them to have to hustle you about getting insurance and not even attempting to make a simple locking mechanism updated after 50 years come on corporate or whatever you are drop the three hundred bucks if that can have that guy install them

I think it's completely ridiculous that in order to get the first month "free" you must pay an "administration fee" that is equal to the amount of 2 months rent.

I have canceled the reservation because the rate required at the office was different of the advertise from the Internet.

They booked us a storage unit in a building that was not even finished no security gate no office no tentants. We were told to be there before 5 pm to sign the papers etc. we had a forty foot cargo container lucky for us the owner drove by and saw us.
