Would prefer to make reservation with the lengthy time within 30 days not just 1 week in length.

Very nice and helpful staff. Every thing went smoothly however he neglected to tell me what I was charged. So when I went to charge on my card I was over drawn. And I still don't know what I'm charged

They quote one price,but then add on locks,insurance, administrative fee, and, and, and. It's not as cheap as it sounds. Also it's chicken wire for the top. Not to secure.

I was having a decent experience with storing my motorcycle up until I found out that I could NOT park my vehicle out front and ride the bike. What a letdown; after learning that, I found the storage room was a lot smaller than what I thought a 5x10 storage should be. I was able to get my bike inside, but hardly had no room to get off and get out. There's no way the width was 5 feet, at least it seemed that way to me. Maybe I'm wrong, not sure. I was however pleased with security and the lady who rented to me was nice. It'll do for now.

Searching through storage unit prices online I came across one that stated it was a web special and with the first month free I thought that would be a good choice so I jumped on it. On the phone I was told that I still had to pay a $24 fee. I said that was fine. I went in to be told that it's an "either / or" and that I could only have the first month free if I were to pay the regular price and not the special that was advertised. So instead of Rate: $164.00 per month Special: Web Only Price Act Fast I was told that the price was $244 a month. Since I didn't have enough money this month to pay it, thinking the first month was free as advertised, I had to choose the $244 a month if I wanted it. I feel like it was a bait and switch and they most likely get a lot of people falling for it like me.

I love the idea of the first month being free, but after the admin free and insurance it is more like 1/2 off the first month. I feel like this should've been more clear from the get go.

Your website indicated free first month with my reservation for the 10 x 10 room. I went to visit the premises at your Carson st/Cherry ave, Long Beach self storage on 6/27/18. However, the manager Brian Bell & his asst mgr Rosa, denied that there was any " first month off special" with my reservation. I was obviously surprised & therefore decided not to rent the room anyway.
