The representative who called to confirm my online reservation was very polite. However, when he quoted the price for a 5x7 I expressed that it was too high, he immediately asked if I wanted to cancel the reservation as opposed to trying to offer another option. I got the same size unit for $40 cheaper at a much better location.

During the registration
During the registration, it was stated that the insurance and administrative fee may apply. These are the decesive factors about my storage selection. To get this, I have to call them, which I do not want to.

Feeling scammed
When I saw the deal online, I was majorly impressed. I was called and I thought that I scored the deal of the century, a reliable storage space with inexpensive cost, good and prompt customer service, and no hassle. When I got there, I was surprised with a large "administrative fee", lock cost, and insurance rate! I already had my own reliable lock from my previous storage, and had to buy a weird tiny one that costs $17! All were way over my budget, and made the whole deal seem much less appealing. Not only that, I didn't have enough to cover the costs. Luckily your company has a nice customer service representative there who helped me temporarily bypass some expense so that I could at least get my stuff in, so that I didn't just waste about 4 precious hours of my long and tiring day. A $24.99 administrative fee is a lot, especially when that is the cost of my storage unit and the first month was supposed to be "free", suspected there was some sort of catch, which makes the company have that "scam" feel that most companies have these days. I was hoping at least one company I contact would not have that, but I was proven wrong again. If you guys really want happy customers who return and give positive reviews, I would suggest being up front about all costs, and reducing that horrible admin fee on the smaller units, and letting people use their own dang lock.

Don't State All the Facts…
We were not informed that the online special price was only good for five months. The website did not state that. The website stated that you could use your own lock, but when my husband went to the storage facility, they said he had to buy a lock from them and their locks were the only lock that could be used. They also required our homeowner's insurance but that also was not clearly stated. We did not rent the unit. My name is not Tyler - no way to change that either.

SAD STORY
Reservation system was a breeze, The problem was the facility wasn't going to honor the advertised one month free if reserved on line because:
" They Were Near Capacity and therefor Didn't Need Too At This Time "
