A Service member DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! They will tell you to ZELLE them the deposit and string you along, “Three weeks” ??? I was told pick up tomorrow July 13th and just by chance the next day the tow truck driver had an issue with his truck. They said by Monday we will pick it up….. Uh oh two Mondays go by and it’s still at the shop. We will pick it up on the next Monday still nothing! DO NOT, DO NOT go to Trust Pilot and think you are get facts! RUNNNN

last minute price hike.. was told $250 to move car and when the day arrived it went to $750. I had put down a 100 good faith deposit and when I told them no and wanted money back they started all the BS of the contract i signed was an estimate. Beware of this company do not use !

It was awful it took them 4 days to deliver my car when it was only 180 miles a 3 hour trip. Roger lied and said it would be 150.00 actually it end up being 400.00. . They lie and get you to pay 100.00 deposit. I would not recommend the company is very dehonest. They add extra fees after you sign on deposit on contract do that can add extra fees and when you try cancel you lose your deposit. It’s a scam. I’m call EEOC on company. I would not recommend using this company for future deliveries. Run.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! I was assured and promised (by Dave) the price of transporting my vehicle wouldn't change. I gave them a down payment per their request (Dave, the barely English speaking person). They lied. Price changed dramatically when the driver was on site to picking it up. There was no disclosure for the possibility of the price change in the paperwork! Totally thieves. The down payment Imade is gone. They refuse to reimburse me. Don't trust this service.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I waited an entire week for my vehicle to be picked up. During that week, I received little to no proactive communication and had to repeatedly reach out myself just to get updates. Each time I was given a different excuse for the delay. When I finally asked for the carrier’s company name, USDOT/MC number, driver’s name, phone number, and pickup time, they never provided any of the requested information. Instead, after making me wait a week past my scheduled pickup, they told me the price would increase from my original quoted amount because the driver wanted more money. After wasting my time for a week with no pickup, no meaningful updates, and then demanding a higher price, I lost all confidence in the company and canceled the shipment. To make matters worse, they refused to refund my $200 deposit and insisted I was bound by their contract, even though they failed to perform the service as originally represented. In my experience, the lack of communication, repeated delays, and unexpected price increase made this an extremely frustrating experience. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this company to carefully read the contract, understand the cancellation policy, and think twice before paying a deposit. I would never use this company again and cannot recommend them.
