I would absolutely NOT recommend this company. I was originally quoted around $350 nearly two weeks before my scheduled pickup. Then, on the actual day of pickup, they called and suddenly told me the price would be around $1,500 — more than FOUR TIMES the original quote. After changing the price at the last minute, they then kept my deposit and treated it as a cancellation fee when I refused to pay the dramatically increased price. In my experience, this felt like a bait-and-switch. You get quoted a low price to get your deposit, then the price changes drastically when it’s time for pickup, putting you in a position where you either pay significantly more or lose your deposit. I would strongly recommend getting everything in writing and fully understanding their deposit and cancellation policies before giving this company any money. Based on my experience, I would never use this company again and would recommend others look elsewhere for vehicle transportation.

This company is unethical. They bait and switch they stated via text that there was a firm ship date and a driver was assigned. I checked with threpresentative weekly to ensure that there would not be a problem cost or schedule. I was told in writing they were assigning a driver. The night before pickup they stated that there were no drivers available. I said that was unacceptable and I expected them to meet the texted committment. Late the night before they stated that they found a driver but the cost would be $4350. I told them they were not authorized to committ to that driver for that price as it was 4 times what they committed to originally and stated in text there was no problem with price or pickup. They have refused to refund the deposit and threatened that I signed a "contract" for their services. The wanted a processing fee and additional costs. I told them not to contact me I was cancelling the contract prior to the ship date and based on the information they were fraudulent in their updates and are cheating people out of their deposits I am referring this incident to DOT and the licensing authorities. Please protect yourselves

Total scam. Quoted 400. To transport my vehicle. Terrible communication. Day of set pickup. No drivers available. Then texts 1250. Absolutely not. Then has the nerve to say I have a signed contract. Yes for 400 not 1250. Trying to keep my 200 deposit. That's their way of making money. Increasing the shipping cost last moment and keeping your deposit.

Scam! Took my deposit and never returned my calls or text when it got close to pick up my car. Stay far away from this company.
