The plants were so well packed, super-healthy looking, and in great shape. They also included an extra complementary plant in my shipment as well, which was a nice surprise. Carefully picked and packaged. This is my first order with US Perennials and it will not be my last. I received all of the items I ordered quickly, and they were beautifully packaged. I even received a bonus plant! All of the plants are healthy and are now in the ground and doing well.

This company deserves 6 stars because they have went above and beyond. USperennials planting material is top quality well rooted but none overly so with roots bound in container. The staff contacted me personally over email to ask when I would like them to ship. Absent mindedly I had forgotten to put a preferred shipping date. With an extremely prompt email back by them. I had my plants ship out the beginning of the next week. I order a great deal of online plants mainly for lack of native plant nurseries in my area, these were by far the best quality not to mention the price as well. I was even given an overstock free plant which just so happened to be a native from my area in North Carolina. I couldn't be happier with my purchase, I will definitely be ordering again. If I could give a rating of 6 stars I would.
