Hello Yvette, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We're sorry to hear that you weren't happy with the size or quality of the Veronica 'Waterperry Blue' that you received from us. I checked on the batch we're currently selling from in the nursery, and they are well-rooted, although the foliage is small, low-growing and was cut back for fall shipment. If you believe you may have accidentally received plants from a new group that hadn't finished rooting, PLEASE contact us directly via email at [email protected] so we can get that fixed for you! Otherwise, these plants are guaranteed for one year from the date of purchase, so don't hesitate to get in touch if they don't come back in the spring. We will be happy to replace them for you at that time!

Hello Marlena, thank you for taking the time to leave a review for us. I'm sorry to hear that you found the Hibiscus 'Starry Starry Night' plants you got from us to be so small. They are first-year plants this season, so while they may have only had one stem this year, giving the impression of little growth, we always check to make sure that plants are well-rooted and sure to thrive before we ship them. The plants you received are guaranteed for a year from the date of purchase, so please don't hesitate to get in touch if they don't sprout again in the spring, as we'll be happy to replace them at that time!
