My plants arrived earlier than projected. I have ordered many plants from mail order garden shops over the past 35 years. I have never seen plants so well packaged. The plants were in 4-inch pots wrapped in an open plastic bag surrounded by corrugated cardboard dividers that kept the plants immobile during shipment. The pots were prevented from moving up or down during shipment by a cardboard retaining strip locked into the dividers. The soil in each pot was perfectly moist but not overly wet. The plants looked healthy right out of the box. When planted after a few days outside adjusting to their new environment, the plants more than doubled in size after 2 weeks in the ground. I am very pleased with my purchase. I would not hesitate to order from US Perennials again.

Hi there, thank you so much for the kind words and detailed review of our packaging process; it can be nerve-wracking to hand the plants over to the shipping company without knowing exactly how they will be handled, so it is great to hear that our shipping method sufficiently protects them during transit. And it is wonderful to know, but not wildly surprising, that after two years in pots the plants are ready to take off as soon as they are in the ground where they belong.
