Hi Lee, thanks for taking the time to leave us some feedback! I'm sorry to hear it wasn't clear that the plants need to be unpacked straight away - usually we place the envelopes wherever we have room in the box, but I will make sure that all invoices/instructions are placed at the top of the boxes moving forward!

Hi Josh, thanks for your kind feedback. Some of our owner's main goals are to provide rarer cultivars and extremely high-quality plants at a competitive price, and he grows the plants himself before he offers them in the store whenever possible. There may be some crossed wires here as we do not sell plugs; I have seen Rad substitute 3 landscaping plugs for the price of 1 full-sized plant, but we generally only ship in the 3 sizes shown in the first photo at the link below.
