I bought a spa heater. The price was good, however, customer service was poor. Confirmation of purchase email did not include estimated delivery date so I emailed requesting date. I did not receive a response. I then requested date by chat and was told that my order was on back order for over a month. The next day I phoned to cancel order and was told that there was no reason for back order because they had 27 of the heaters I ordered in stock. I received an email the following day that my order had been filled and was being shipped. I received my order 6 days later. It seems as though the left hand doesn't know what the right is doing.

ordered on the 4th of June received on the 16 th from salt lake city don,t understand why it took so long to get to Las Vegas

My order took weeks and weeks, plus 3 phone calls to get my pump shipped to me.. I was told there were over 30 of this pump stock, no one would ship it out. Over the last yr this has happened 3 times now.. If there were another company out there, they would get my business.

Order was not pulled on date it was paid for had to call and find out it was overlooked and not completed on the 27 of March now shipped on the 8th of april

My order was placed 2-17-20 and arrived today 3-5-20. Heard about your business from a friend of mine and he had nothing but good things to say about you. When ordering it said that shipping was 3-4 days ground shipping. Was hoping to repair my cover the weekend of 2-22-20. That obviously didn’t happen. But have what I ordered so will now make my repairs. Thanks for your parts

The staff is very helpful but the shipping option stinks. I ordered the product a week ago and they the UPS gave the package to the USPS and I’m looking at 1 to 3 more days before I get the product.

I really don’t think it is right that I had to pay 68 dollars to send back a brand new corner unit they I could not use. I emailed you about this m no one got back to me. I don’t think that is fair
