The ordering experience and product was all good. When I emailed a question your responded very quckly. I thought shipping could have been faster.

I didn't het an order acknowledgement and I had to email them to get any shipping info. I received the shipping info a day or 2 after I had received my order. On the plus side the part I ordered was good quality and worked as advertised. The checkout was easy.

Took a bit to get here. But did the job. Thanks. Will definitely refer to my family and friends

The pump/motor fit perfect and runs like a new spa. The chat box was very slow and not much help so from original contact until installation I was nervous about size but it worked out terrific.

Bushings as advertised but took over a week to deliver even though had to pay for expedited shipping???

They had the right product, good technical help. They, unfortunately, sent it to someone else. Upon notification, they sent another one to me. Exactly what I needed.
