USMD is run like a corporation, not a medical practice. Patients are assigned 15 minutes back to back meetings with the doctors. If you are 8 minutes late, they’ll turn you away and you’ll have to reschedule. We will be leaving USMD in January.

Agree that things have been wonky since supposed upgrade of website. Never worked great before, but now it’s pretty useless. They can’t merge old data from before 10/22, so what the…??? I can’t log in, can’t even find the right link. What year are we in ???
