Ordering was easy, shipped fast. Only complaint is the key is difficult to remove. Yes, I know you can only remove the key in the locked position. Even in that position it is hard to remove. Put some graphite in it and was able to get the key out. Hoping it loosens up with use.

The team was very helpful! I accidentally ordered the wrong color locks, and they quickly reached out to adjust my order. Delivery was fast and the service was excellent.
