To avoid any misunderstanding, we would like to clarify our business hours. Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). We received your order on Thursday, November 14th, and it was sent via email on Monday, November 18th. The translation was completed within two business days, in accordance with the timeframe stated in the first email we sent you. The service we provided includes the option for revisions after the translation has been delivered. While the delivery email does not explicitly state this, the information is provided on several pages of our website. If you have any comments or concerns regarding the translation, you are welcome to contact us via phone or email. If any corrections are needed, we are happy to make them. We provide the finalized certified translation in PDF format to ensure document security and authenticity. Lastly, as indicated in our FAQs on the page from which you placed your order, we do not provide mailing services.
