Fast revisions, but initial translation had serious errors
The customer service was responsive, and they completed revisions quickly. When I first pointed out an incorrect unit, they corrected it within about an hour, which I appreciated. However, after that revision, it became clear that the document had not been fully proofread again. I later found multiple additional issues, including missing address information, an incorrect birth year, typos, and omitted content. For a certified translation, especially one intended for official use, I expected stronger quality control before delivery. The third version was completed within 2–3 hours and the team was willing to fix the problems, but I had to spend more time reviewing and identifying errors than I should have. Overall, the service was fast and responsive, but the initial translation accuracy and proofreading process need improvement.
