Overall. Good. Appreciate the customer service chat. I only needed it because there was no estimated shipping date offered prior to purchase. Making it a gamble whether it would come anywhere close to Christmas. It did work out though and as soon as my order was filled two days after purchase I received an email and the product came promptly after

The item was delivered on Dec 28th. It was shipped on time overnight shipping, but the winter blast we received for Christmas 22 caused massive country wide shipping delays completely out of our control. We apologized for the delay and I appreciate your patience.
