Great people to work with

The bracelet I ordered is ABSOLUTELY gorgeous! It was a custom order, very expensive, and my first time with this vendor. Needless to say I was on pins and needles about the outcome of this transaction! I opened the box to absolute splendor!!! It was delivered with lightning speed and the customer service rep that helped me was kind, considerate, and accommodating. I am VERY impressed!

I worked with Luda on my payments for my 2 carat diamond bracelet, which is absolutely extraordinary. I enjoyed working with her over the last three months to get my birthday gift for myself. Very good customer service rep. I will buy from US Jewelry Factory again. SheilaW
