Quick but expensive
The service was very quick and support was immediatelly available. The final documentation arrived within 24 hours. But the price was displayed in the end when you loose all entered data if not continuing. The price was more than 4(!) times the regular price at the official website. I thought I was on the official site until the very end.

Sito non chiaro
mi hanno rimborsato dei giorni dopo e comunque hanno risposto subito alla mail in cui chiedevo il rimborso. il sito sicuramente è un pò fuorviante poichè non si capisce da subito che è un sito istituzionale per le poche indicazioni scritte. ma sono attivi a risolvere il problema

Nem volt egyszerű
Nem volt egyszerű, mert nem vagyok fiatal. De ha jól értelmeztem, akkor talán sikerrel jártam. Kérdésem annyi, hogy ha megkapom, akkor hol tudom megnézni és kell-e róla kinyomtatott példány. Vagy így már rendeben van ? Jó lenne ha tudnák telefonon is érdeklődni. De sajnos nem találok elérhetőséget.

ATTENTION : ce n’est pas un site gouvernemental = ESTA a 139$
Attention, ce site n’est pas un site officiel gouvernemental. Les frais de l’ESTA est donc de 139$ et non 21$ comme sur le site officiel. J’ai fait l’erreur d’en commander 2, une fois avoir vu sur mon compte bancaire les paiements à venir de -2x139$, je les ai donc contacté afin de demander l’annulation et le remboursement de mes 2 ESTA et en quelques heures tout était revenu dans l’ordre. Très bonne réactivité du service client ! Faites donc bien attention avant de faire vos demandes d’ESTA sur ce site, n’étant pas le site officiel du gouvernement américain pour les ESTA, vous aurez donc des frais bien plus cher.

Il sito è altamente scorretto ma si può richiedere il rimborso.
Il sito è altamente scorretto. È il primo risultato che appare su Google e sembra essere il sito ufficiale, ma in realtà è studiato per ingannarti. Al momento del pagamento ti vengono addebitati 139$, invece dei 21$ effettivi richiesti per il modello ESTA. Dopo aver contattato il servizio clienti, hanno provveduto rapidamente all’annullamento e al rimborso dell’importo. Resta però il fatto che il sito può facilmente trarre in inganno chi richiede l’ESTA per la prima volta. Ciò che lascia più amarezza è l’assurda tariffa pretesa per questa presunta “assistenza”.

The process was good but i had to wait…
The process was good but i had to wait a day extra. There was something wrong with the government page so maybe that was the reason.
