Would give zero stars if I could. Absolute scam. No doubt you’ll be reading this AFTER you’ve fallen for it. Get straight on to them and ask them for a refund of the processing charge ($118). I did receive a genuine ESTA, but I have also just had an email that they are refunding the processing charge - and I should think so too. So angry that they prey on people like this!!

They almost got me! It was only when I went to pay the total and saw it was $139 rather than $21 that I realised this was not the official ESTA website. No idea if it actually is legit and they just overcharge, or not. Feel slightly anxious as had completed all my personal details including passport number. Cannot believe it ranks at the top of Google.

Scammed! It appeared to be the official website. Then charged $139 instead of $21. The website was clearly pretending to be something it wasn't, which seems like fraud to me! I will be following up with my bank and with the company. Really very unimpressed!

A scam! Very similar to the official web page. It wasn't until i came to the fee (which should be $21) that i realized it was the wrong page. They tried to charge $139! Beware!!!!

Genauso reingefallen, allerdings mit der schnellen Reaktion und Mail mit Rücktritt und Kündigung des Service wurde auch nichts abgebucht!

Je confirme que c'est une arnaque : ce n'est pas le site officiel pour l'ESTA et demande 139USD alors que le prix de l'ESTA est de 21USD On ne sait pas non plus ce qu'ils font de nos données personnelles ! J'ai demandé un remboursement immédiat pour mes 2 dossiers saisis sinon je porte plainte

Je viens de me faire arnaquer pour 3 ESTA pensant que c’était le site officiel - j’ai demandé l’annulation et le remboursement et j’irai porter plainte dans le cas contraire ! Nota : ils m’ont répondu et annulent ma commande 😊
