Scammers who deliberately give the impression they are the official US immigration site then charge $180 dollars to do the same thing you can do for $40 on the real site. Wicked.

STATE ATTENTI É UNA TRUFFA! Il sito é quasi uguale a quello ufficiale del governo, e proposto tra le prime scelte quando si cerca -ESTA siti ufficiali America-. Nonostante abbia inviato meno di 30 minuti dopo la richiesta di rimborso totale e cancellazione di tutti i miei dati, seppur mi abbiano risposto a più di 20 emails che mi avrebbero rimborsato, non lo hanno fatto, e dopo 5 giorni mi hanno proposto un 25% di rimborso su 154,54 euro! Se non mi restituirete i soldi e non cancellerete tutti i miei dati farò una denuncia ufficiale alla polizia postale per truffa e lascerò 1 stella su tutti i siti! Che brutta esperienza!

I have come to discover that I have paid an additional AUD$200 for this service when I should have used the official site which would have been AUD$60 (US$40). I did receive my ESTA but I am now concerned that my information will be on-sold.

SCAM! This shouldn't be listed on Google. The phone doesn't work and they do change something on your application so when you apply then is too late and you have to do it again, maybe they hope for you to do it from the same site. They take the money from you, do not do it here.

Me and my wife we've been scam by this third party website. They gavent send us any ESTA and also charge us and havent recieved any refund. A week since we did the payment and havent recieved anything. We just one and answer from the webholder taht at least they want use our data and also we want a refund. How can google have this first whne you make the research for the ESTA. Amazing how this scams can be first in search in google

Scam and Google has it as first sponsored result I applied via here thinking it was the official website. I have not got any response or any reply other than a confirmation email about the payment. I checked the status on the official esta website after realizing this was fake and there is no application on the official website. I am shocked that Google is showing this on as a sponsored result - I guess even Google ads will show anything as long as they get paid? I felt terrible that I did not realize this was fake and then saw everyone on trustpilot is saying the same thing. I have lost the money but worse I am worried about identity theft. Do not use this website if you have a choice!

Ce site est trompeur et n'est pas le site officiel, même s'il peut apparaître en 1er sur certains moteur de recherche. Après m'être rendu compte de la supercherie (179$ au lieu de 40$!!!), j'ai fait une demande d'annulation et de remboursement. On m'a répondu par mail une confirmation de cette annulation avant de procéder au remboursement. Puis, plus de nouvelles... Après relance ils m'annoncent finalement ne plus pouvoir annuler la demande et refusent de rembourser, tout en me proposant un geste de 25%. Mais à nouveau plus de réponses à mes emails. Je vais devoir porter plainte. Et que penser des données transmises (notamment photo du passeport)...
