Very fast and easy

May be was me, but i feel its not very friendly

That is was step-by-step. Well explained.

I paid for the service and never received any confirmation, follow-up information, or assistance afterward. I tried contacting support, but the email address provided rejected my messages, leaving me with no way to get help or resolve the issue. As a customer, this was a very frustrating and concerning experience. I am sharing this review so others can be cautious before making a payment. Please verify everything carefully before providing your money.

US immigration assistance are fraud, they took my $174 for not doing anything. They deceived me that they will expedient my appointment only to do nothing except sending back my filled DS-160 which I filled myself. These people are broad day fraud operating with the name that looks like US official website. Don’t give them your data or money.

Total scam. Luckily I figured out I was at the wrong site just before paying. But I’m mostly worried about my data. As a EU citizen I’ve tried multiple times to invoke my right to be forgotten. So far no response whatsoever. Please do not use this site!

IT’S A SCAM! Please don’t apply for any visa through it! I made the mistake of not checking carefully before clicking "Apply Now." The website mimicked the DS-160 application form and turned out to be fraudulent. I paid the money and nothing happened. It’s clearly a scam. Please be cautious and make sure you're applying through the official U.S. government website only. I’m sharing this to raise awareness so others won’t fall for the same trap. Lesson learned always double-check the source before submitting sensitive information or payments.

Same happen to me. Scam, and took my 120 USD, and I never got any reply. Google must take action and remow the web page from Google search.
