My initial experience with USHUD was neutral at best. I had over promises and under deliverings. I called to member services after I was DONE with the initial 3 months of their services. I was upset when I first spoke with Meleah about the lack of customer service I had received up to that point. Meleah immediately remedied my situation. I received follow up from her, and results, not just empty words and promises. I really think that I may stay with USHUD after the service I received from Meleah. She changed my view on the company.

I whish I could leave a 0 star for this scam of a company. I agree with the experience of all the bad reviews written here. Don't waste your money, these were the worst leads I have ever received, People don't know what they are signing up for. Can't stress it enough do not use this service

The service with USHud has been exceptional. I've had so much help with Meleah and look forward to seeing more in the future from USHud.

Customer service is top notch!

I'm a new Realtor so I've decided to purchase a lead program. What I've learned from this was from here on I'm reading reviews on everything. I've been receiving leads, but they're all garage. My funniest one of all was a lady calling from a nursing home. Yes a nursing home, she gave the office number as a contact. Most leads don't answer calls, texts or emails. It's a waste of time, money and effort. I've been with them for almost 1 month and I've received 7 nonsense 🙃 leads. Way to go! This must be the best nonsense leading company.

So sorry to have been taken in by this company. What they promise and what they deliver are miles apart and their customer care service is appalling! (Yes I'm speaking of you Bill). Never have I been treated so badly. The leads are scarce and the ones that I did receive weren't legit or qualified. Save your money and your dignity. Should have done my research. Learn from my mistakes. Check out the Better Business Bureau Complaints filed for this company. The amount alone says it all...

This place is a Joke I got it in writing they guarantee x amount of leads a month or I would not pay. They didn’t even come close and the leads were garbage I think they made up with invalid phone numbers etc.

Total scam. Stay away from that company. They will have you sign a contract and will never let you out even if they never deliver. The managers are rude, obnoxious. Believe all the reviews you read. Don’t waste your money!
