Signed up with them on a 3 month trial period and immediately started getting leads. Just like any other lead source, 90% are useless and not ready to do anything. Unfortunetly with this company, 99% were useless and not ready to do anything. For the 3 or 4 leads out of the hundreds I spoke with that did actual want to talk, they either had bad credit or no income or both. The problem is the leads are generated from people looking for foreclosures in hopes they can find cheaper homes. None of the leads I spoke with ever qualified or have any business buying a home. When I tried to cancel, I was told I extend my contract instead. Watch out for the fine print. Still waiting for this useless service to be cancelled. I have it in writing now that I will no longer be charged per member services email.

I was super happy with how easy set up was. They do all the leg work for you. They also offer great additional services.

The wonderful, friendly staff helped explain everything to me and what the processes were. They were to the point with no over explaining, which i found to be a great relief.
