Scam, they refuse to answer my emails or calls.

We regret any breakdown in communication. Numerous calls were made to the client without a response. Once the client was reached, they made it clear of that they were filing a dispute with their bank. Once a dispute is filed, we lose the ability to issue a refund as we are no longer in possession of that money.

The people I've spoken to are very helpful and explains the program compeltely. They have the best interest of the buyer/seller as well as the REALTOR in mind.

US HUD COOPERATIVE- STAY AWAY !!! FALSE & DECEPTIVE PRACTICES IN MY OPINION BASED ON MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE , I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THIS ORGANIZATION. THEY DID NOT PROVIDE WHAT THEY PROMISED. A MANAGER TRIED TO GET ME TO STAY BY OFFERED ME MORE INCENTIVES, AND THAT HE WOULD PERSONALLY OVERSEE THE ACCOUNT. HE DID NOT FOLLOW THRU WITH HIS AGREEMENT REGARDING OUR RESOLVE !!
