The ultimate worst pay for leads I have ever paid for. They hooked me with the amount of potential leads and I have not even received 5 in 1 month. Plus, their email system stops working and you don’t even get the entire lead information. AND when you reach out to ask for help, nobody returns your email or call. A complete rip off.

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration. This is not the level of service we strive to provide. Please send us a direct message with your contact details so we can review your account, address the issues with lead delivery and email communication, and work to resolve this as quickly as possible.

I am brand new to the HUD program, but so far the staff have been very friendly and proactive in getting me set up in the program! It seems easy enough on my end, so I look forward to getting new leads through the program!

These leads are beyond HORRIBLE. I can't believe I paid 349 a month for GARBAGE. I cannot wait to be done with this 6 month waste of my time. My latest lead is from "Chicken Soup" with a fake email of Hhdgjbffujgmail.com. Do not under any circumstances give these people your Money.

US HUD had my account setup and I started getting leads in less than an hour. The pricing seems affordable and will update this review once I've had some time to experience the quality of the leads.
