I asked Katelyn a lot of questions and told her all of the bad experiences I had had. She was very patient and understanding about my doubts that this program would be different. By the time we were finished I felt like I had made a friend!

The company was very misleading and locked me into a 6 month contract that wasn't fully explained and very misleading.
Response from USHUD.comDec 4, 2025
Hi there, I’m really sorry to hear you feel misled — that’s never the experience we want anyone to have. We take transparency seriously, especially when it comes to contract terms, so I’d appreciate the chance to review what happened and clear things up. Please reach out to us directly so we can look into your account, address any misunderstandings, and make this right. We value your feedback and want to ensure you feel fully informed and supported moving forward. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to improve.

Just felt at ease, so use to companies interested in the sale and not the customer you are selling. Just like real estate nobody wants to be sold. They want to see value. We are still in that grace area was I sold or is their value. Time will tell1111

Thank you for sharing your perspective. We completely understand — in both real estate and business, it’s easy to feel like you’re being sold to rather than being shown value. Our goal is always to focus on your needs first and provide genuine value so you feel informed and confident, not pressured. We appreciate you giving us the opportunity to earn your trust, and we’ll continue to make sure our approach is about supporting you and showing real value every step of the way.

Thanks for sharing your feedback! Commercial leads are very rare since we don’t showcase commercial properties. However, they do occasionally come through, just like this one. If you have any questions or need assistance at any point, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re always happy to provide support, clarify details, or help in any way we can to ensure everything goes smoothly.

Stay away!! Realtors do not waste your money!! Leads are garbage.. Not one qualified lead in 6 months.
Response from USHUD.comNov 21, 2025
Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I’m really sorry to hear you’ve had this experience — feeling like you haven’t received any qualified leads over several months is understandably frustrating, and it’s not the outcome we want for any of our clients. Our leads are generated from active buyers searching in your coverage area, and you should absolutely be seeing opportunities that align with that. If that hasn’t been the case, we’d like the chance to review your account, your coverage area settings, and the leads you’ve received to understand what went wrong and how we can improve things moving forward. We’re committed to helping our partners succeed, not feel like they’ve wasted time or budget. Please reach out to our support team or reply with the best time to connect so we can address this directly and work toward a resolution. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.

I specifically asked for leads on certain properties, not just random names and phone numbers with no direction at all. Was told that's how they would be now. Haven't received one lead about a property they were interested in. Embarrased by the amount of money I wasted again with USHUD.
Response from USHUD.comNov 21, 2025
Hi there, Thank you for sharing this feedback — I’m really sorry to hear you’re feeling disappointed. That’s never the experience we want any of our partners to have. Our leads are generated based on user behavior and inquiries within your coverage area, and each lead should include helpful context such as past credit history, annual household income, price range, available funds for a down payment, moving timeframe, and whether they currently rent or own. This information is designed to give you a clear starting point even if the consumer isn’t tied to one specific property. I’d really appreciate the opportunity to review your account with you to ensure you’re receiving the type of leads you expected. We also provide scripts to help you confidently and naturally guide the conversation when a buyer isn’t locked into a particular property. Our goal is for you to get full value from your investment and never feel like your budget is going to waste. Please reach out to our support team or reply here with the best time to connect — we’re here to make this right and get things back on track. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.

I was told that the leads will be warm leads. Nobody has yet responded to any of my emails or phone calls. I am extremely disappointed and I believe I wasted my time and money.
