I signed up for these leads back in May and I can truly say that these are the worst leads ever. Do not bother wasting your time with this platform. Most individual didn't even know they clicked a link or were looking for rent to owns, rentals NOT buyers or sellers. And if you do decide that you would like to try them out, make sure that you read the fine print as it's not as direct to stop the service as you would think. And it's not that the leads were in the "beginning stages" of looking. They were bad numbers and emails, people who were not looking for homes, people that were calling about a foreclosure in a different state....
