In simple terms, USFCR rocks!! They helped me obtain an SDVOSB certification in very short order and I'm already bidding on contracts. From working with a single POC (Mark) from my first call, to all the help I received along the way (Savannah and Paige), they are such a professional, courteous and knowledgeable organization. And let’s not forget the bid training (Anna) which got me up to speed on contract vehicles and terminology very quickly so I could start bidding on federal contracts. Throughout this process, the staff assigned to my case have all been so very helpful. Their reassuring help and personalized guidance throughout has been the most helpful aspect of your offerings. Though virtual, I never considered myself disconnected from my administrators' skilled guidance and care. Never. I found that to be most reassuring.
