Overall, my experience with SAM registration was great. My case management team appears to include John Lynch, Amanda Webster and Zakia Wilder, all of whom were so efficient and helpful, although John Lynch was the only person with whom I had direct contact over the phone. He made sure I understood the way in which Federal contracting works and was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient, too. So a big thank you to them and I look forward to using the SAM registration system to submit my application for a Federal contract.

As a non US citizen and non resident, I had trouble with the forms so wrote an explanation with all the detail I could imagine would be relevant. I was promptly contacted by two separate individuals who coordinated and completed my submission. The SAM registration was completed satisfactorily in good time.

Though I had previously registered a number of entities with SAM and other US government contractor and grant sites, I was this time unable to get through the registration process or receive any assistance with SAM. A contract was hanging in the balance. I contacted USFCR for assistance. My intake contact is Ranya Farah. My case manager is Kim Deakley. From the beginning, they provided accurate information, worked through the USFCR process with precision, regularly communicated with me, and completed the registration to meet the time-sensitive needs for my company and potential contractor. Knowing that federal government resources may be ever-more limited in availability and personnel assistance capacity, I will definitely use USFCR for future assistance.
