This would have been 5 star if the SAM…
This would have been 5 star if the SAM registration process was adequately managed and robust. However that being said Zakia Wilder at USFCR got us through it faster than we expected.

Excellent…
My account managers have been excellent to work with!! I would have been so frustrated without their help. I had some trouble with the time frame expected but it was out of our control and my account managers worked with me diligently to ensure everything was taken care of. Definitely recommend.

SAM registration
The process to register for our SAM was tedious and complicated. Without the help of our case manager Mary Kelly I would have given up. Whenever possible she took care of everything. Thank you Mary! Early on in the process I was also contacted by another individual at USFCR who tried to sell me on registering for the SAP program. This program did not make sense for our organization. The high pressure sales pitch was annoying.

It got done with little pain and suffering.
Well, I'm not sure I understand this process very well. I kept asking questions and kept not understanding the answers I got (and I didn't always get answers from people I was emailing) however, I just kept getting emails and following directions and it appears to be done. Pretty lengthy process. But not super painful.
