Case Manager's knowledge was essential

My USFCR Experience
My case manager was Jeffery Hoffses and even though it took longer than I expected, Jeff worked hard and kept me current on the status step by step! He either answered my calls or returned calls promptly. I am extremely pleased with the help and support I received from my case manager Mr. Jeffery Hoffses; therefore, I rate my experience with 5 stars! Thanks!

All Good Things
I was in need of a SAM number in a very short time frame and USFCR did all the paperwork, got it filed and when there were a few issues with my info they immediately fixed my errors and get things resubmitted.
