I had a very disappointing experience with UseStable.
Our company has different business lines, and we used different company entities to register separate UseStable accounts. Some of these business projects were paused shortly after launch, so we did not continue renewing those accounts. However, in most cases, the first month was already charged at around $59. For our main business, we were actively using their address service. Then, one day, we were suddenly told that our account would be closed and that we could no longer continue using their service. We tried to communicate with them and explain our situation, but most of the replies we received felt like fixed template responses, without meaningful review or real support. During the time we used their service, I noticed several serious problems. First, my passport document was once mailed to their address, but it was destroyed before the 30-day period had passed. Because of this issue, they gave us three months of free service as compensation. Second, the pricing is not cheap. The plan we used was around $59 per month, but it only included scanning for about 30 mail items. For this price level, I expected much better service quality. Third, the scan quality was very poor. Many scanned images were unclear and difficult to read. I have used other virtual mailbox providers, including some providers available through Anytime Mailbox, and their scan quality was much clearer. Another issue that concerned us was the billing description. Every time we paid the subscription fee, the payment appeared as a donation to a nonprofit organization rather than a normal commercial service payment. Our finance team asked for an explanation, but this issue was not clearly addressed. Overall, when problems happened, we tried to communicate with UseStable many times, but we mostly received fixed or template-style responses. This made us feel that our concerns were not being seriously handled. Because of this experience, I believe more entrepreneurs, especially non-U.S. founders and small businesses, should be aware of the potential risks before relying on UseStable for important business mail or compliance-related documents. I am also questioning the card payments because, in my view, these payments were for a commercial mailbox service, not nonprofit donations. I am preparing further complaints and dispute actions, including inquiries with Stripe/card networks and possible arbitration with AAA regarding UseStable This has been a long and frustrating process, but I hope sharing my experience helps other business owners make a more careful decision before using this service.

Thank you for taking the time to share this. We take every piece of feedback seriously, and we're sorry your experience didn't meet the standard we hold ourselves to. Out of respect for our customers' privacy, we don't discuss the specifics of individual accounts in a public forum — including the circumstances around account status or closures. What we can say is that decisions of this kind are never made lightly, and are made only after careful review and in line with our terms of service. On the points we can speak to generally: our pricing and plan inclusions are listed transparently on our site, and subscription charges appear as "STABLE" on cardholder statements. If anything on a statement looks unclear, our support team is always glad to walk a customer through exactly what they're seeing. Mail handling and scan quality are areas we hold ourselves to a high standard on, and we appreciate specific feedback that helps us improve.
