ordered on the sixth of Dec, no notices of when shipped, cannot get salesman to respond, some Indian or Iranian dude who called three times a day to get the money and close the deal, NOW wont espond to texts.....CRICKETS.... motor should have shipped in three days it was in STOCK at your 290 yards nation wide, I as of today will be set back from my install date of dec 21 till after the NEW YEAR BECAUSE YOUR COMPANY WILL NOT RESPOND TO ME OR THE VENDOR INSTALLING ON DELIVERY DATE. very satisfied with the customer service that Mr. Daniel provided me, he gave me all the options I needed to make a decision about which transmission was best for me. He was patient and he did everything possible to have good communication with me, if someone needs communication in Spanish he can write you text messages in Spanish to improve communication. The shipment arrived in just one week. So far so good, just need to install the transmission and that's it.

To begin with the representative that assisted me was very knowledgeable and helpful in securing an engine that fit my budget, without being pushey. Time delivering engine was beyond fast, I couldn't believe how quickly it arrived. This company appears to have their act totally together, would highly recommend.

Charged me for a tail gate lift I didn't need and told them so. That was supposed to lower price to 775. No worries they said we will refund you the money on Zelle. Money never came then they called to tell us since they couldn't refund the money they would just take it off total bill. They did not. Biggest scam I have ever been through. I have your emails promising refunds that never came. I live on social security and you have scammed an old lady.You will honor the promises you made to me or I will not honor the anything from you.

Engine was fair, although timing chain and guides were no good, I'd recommend getting a new engine versus used due to warranty process,if you need a 5.4 3 valve. The 5.4 engine is problematic due to timing issues and the ford timing kit alone is 1,000.00 by the time you add this with cost you can buy a reman engine. Customer service and support was great , shipping was fast. Just read the warranty good before you purchase.This review is based solely on the 5.4 3 valve engine
