Used Engines IncReviews of usedengines.us

My order came early. The engine was well wrap and I was happy.

Alex was very helpful in resolving an issue with the shipping of the engine. When needed, he was assisted in the resolution of the issue. In the end, my engine was sent, with tracking number and is expected in a few days.

On time right price , friendly and informative staff Thanks Jesse for all your help!

Beware!!! Do not do buissness with these people it is a scam. These people assured me this engine had 50k miles on it. I ran the carfax on the tag. It had 170k I delt with a woman named Sarah Williams who refused to connect me with supervisor took me months to get my money back. Only after I hired an attorney and till this day they are trying to charge my mechanic 1200 for their mistake

John was extremely helpful from the beginning from getting me quotes to updating me throughout my order. Engine so far is running smoothly and perfect and at the moment have no complaints at all. From ordering to delivery everything was executed perfectly.

We ordered an engine paid the funds signed a contract/warranty which indicated under 38,000 miles and tested promised this both in writting and verbal...shipping company contacted our machanic which we left on the file for shipping address and contact, machanic contacted us to let us know a shipping company contacted him which did not make sense bc we only ordered 1 day ago and was not due to be shipped for 3-5 days in turn we contacted shipping company only to find out that used engines was indeed purchasing our paid engine from them...and it actually had 124,000 km on it and it was not tested so basically the contract we signed and the specs promised was completely false and fraudulent. We did thank God recive our money back but unsure if it was because the transaction was still pending from my bank and not completed in the first place. So stay away if you want accurate miliage testing and full disclosure.

Made the process for the ordering and payment easy high recommend.

They worked with me and helped me out with a loan towards the motor I was tryna purchase. I would recommend
