Bought an engine from them with a bad oil pump. They will only cover $600.00 of the cost to fix the engine that they sold. They have agreed to pay $1,000.00 on a $1300.00 bill, but now the rod bearings are bad on this engine and I am getting no response on what they are going to do about that. Update on review, they sent out a second engine to the wrong place. finally recived a 3rd engine. I would very much recommend changing all the gaskets on any used engine you get from here, timing cover, head gaskets & valve covers were leaking. We did finally get the engine to a functioning state, but this took from May of 2024 until Christmas Eve to be able to return the customer their vehicle. Sarah and Elaine were very helpful. Sarah was great at trying t0 make this right. I still will not ever use this place to get a used engine from again. I would have been better off to have a bought a engine from a parts house. Our company lost a lot of money on this situation. But again Sarah was a great help.
