I was very dissatisfied with the…
I was very dissatisfied with the merchandise it was broken up on arrival and did not have all of the required parts I communicated this to the company and today they have done nothing. I have requested numerous times for the company to pick the engine back up because I will not be paying for something that is unusable.

30 day Bogus warranty
My sons engine locked up. Searched all over looking for and engine replacement for a 1994 Nissan Pathfinder SE 4wd. Used Engines said they had one and would fit. Purchased engine in Feb and it did not get delivered to the shop till march 13/14th. Shop doing the work has been overwhelmed and could not get to the truck until last week.
My shop says the engine is not correct and more than likely for another vehicle application. Oil filter in wrong place, oil pan is wrong, coolant hoses, pipes and so on will not work in the pathfinder. Used engines told me that we would have to swap intake only for this engine. Did not realize damn near everything will have to be swapped over. Contacted them to see what they can do and tell me there is nothing they can do because the shop should have found this within 30 days. I cant control the shops work load, so this "warranty" is bogus. Besides it should not be a warranty issue if the engine is not correct to begin with. " we can help get you an engine at a discounted price" is what they tell me. Why dont you get me the correct one to begin with at the price i already spent on this incorrect engine? I will NEVER consider this place for engines again. Now i am stuck with an engine that i cant use and a truck that is not anywhere near running.

We never want our customers to feel stuck with a part that isn’t working for their needs, and your situation is certainly not what we aim for.
To clarify, your order for the used engine was placed on February 17, 2025, and it was delivered to your chosen shop on or around March 12. As per our policy—shared at the time of purchase—Your engine comes with a 30-day warranty. Unfortunately, the issue regarding incorrect fitment was brought to our attention on May 14, which is approximately 60 days past delivery.
We completely understand that delays at your shop were beyond your control. However, we strongly encourage all customers to have engines inspected upon delivery, precisely to catch issues like this early within the warranty window. This policy isn't meant to be restrictive but is necessary for us to operate sustainably as a business and serve all customers fairly.
That said, we are not turning our backs on you. While this situation falls outside the official warranty period, we still want to work with you. If you are facing any functional issues with the current engine, or if you're looking for an alternative option, we’re more than willing to offer you a discounted replacement and do what we can to make this right in a way that’s still fair on both sides.
