Great Product! not real pictures
I would like to give 5 stars, but I place 3 because: Slow communication emails answered after 3 or more days. The picture of the projector I buy, shows that the projector is in Excellent cosmetic condition, but when I received, It was not, it has scratches everwhere. Despite of that, the projector works as new and is an Excellent value for my money. Please use pictures of the real stuff you are selling. Other great thing about usedAV.comis fast shipping!

Thanks for the review Angel! Our apologies in regards to the pictures. In most cases, we have multiple quantities of each item, and the photos you see are what we believe to be an accurate representation of the stock we have. Dan in our accounts section mentioned that he offered to send you another projector from our stock with less scratches, as the excellent condition referred to the internal unit rather than the casing. Please let us know if you would like to take advantage of that offer, it still stands. Thanks again for the feedback, we hope to work with you again!
