We have used Clip a number of times and have had some excellent creatives and UGC from their creators that formed part of amazing ad campaigns. It’s really important to note, that if you need to give feedback it’s done in a constructive manner and we have found that most creators were keen to work with us to generate good content that we were happy with. We will continue to UseClip and have been really happy with the service and the content they have provided. Happy to recommend to others 👍

As a company we used Useclip for some UGC and we have had a terrible experience. Firstly the creator made a terrible video, he clearly used old clips and didnt even feature our product or bother to set it up properly. when we complained, the company offered for us to select a different creator and offered a free video on top - this was back in JANUARY and I am yet to receive any video! it took the old creator over a month just to post the product to the new creator. 2 months later and I'm still waiting for my video! terrible service, terrible communication and I will NOT be using them again or recommending them!

I've worked with Clip for a while now and it's my fav UGC source. As a content creator, I can count on a solid brief with all the details I need. I send scripts, get quick approval or easy changes. I provide the video and get approvals, things move quick because the direction on the brief is clear. This is a time saver for creators. And they're just good people to work with at Clip!

This is an AMAZING platform to grow your portfolio and work with brands as a new creator. As an experienced creator, I still use this to continue to build my portfolio and connect with new brands.
