I have been taking Arthro 7 for 3 weeks now and I have experienced some very positive effects. Now taking 2 a day and do not have troubles getting up from chair like before. I feel that Arthro 7 has helped issues I have had for many years. Am planning on keeping on using. My husband also has started taking it and he feels only after 1 week some improvement in his knees.

I have stated to have less pains in my joints. The supplement is true to its words "results within 2 weeks"
