You shipped your product to me without my approval and before Dec. 31st which was my choice to accept or reject. Your agent didn't keep his word with me so if you want me back as a customer, maybe we can negotiate or resolve this problem - it's up to you. At this point I'm not satisfied with your service. The man who renews my order for…
The man who renews my order for Arthro-7 is kind, encouraging, and helpful about using the product. However, the only way to get even minimal relief is to take 4 tablets a day. This product is not all it's cracked up to be! Not his fault, nor the very pleasant woman who fulfilled my first order, but it just doesn't work for me.

We love the product, however. my wife and I are retired and on social security only a fixed monthly income. Please give us some kind of help to be able to afford the product.
