I have had Dish for years in Texas and now in Louisiana and have always had great experiences

I've had dish for a few weeks now and it seems to be more of an agervation than anything. I can't get my channels to change half the time. I've changed the batteries in the remote and it still doesn't work properly. It works may be 3 or 4 hours out of the day. When I purchased dish I thought I would have a good selection of channels but it's only a few channels I enjoy watching. I'm considering canceling my service with dish. Would not recommend dish to anyone.

Calling into the call center and asking about cable services made me feel like I speaking to a car salesman. Was quoted a price then the customer service rep spoke to his manager then some of my fees got waived. Every time the customer rep felt he was loosing me then he would speak to his manager to see what charges could be waived. I was suppose to receive a $100 American Express gift card as a promotion but was sent a "certificate" from a third party with instructions on how to mail my service contract along with $2.95 charge for shipping and handling...really?? No thanks Dish...and when my contract is up..I am canceling!

I have had better experience overall with Dish than I have had with other satellite or cable television providers. The channel selections are great.

I've only had DISH for a week now, and already enjoying having it. I hope they are true to their word. Also my name is spelled wrong. I already called and reported this error but according to this email it hasn't been changed.My name is spelled ELLA, not Alla. Please correct this before I get a Bill. Thank You Ella. I have been very pleased with what our Dish service has given us since signing a contract with them. However, I was told since our outstanding credit we were offered a no lease fee per each box instead of being charged 7-8 dollars a box. As soon as I can get this issue resolved, my 4 star will move to a 5 star. Other than this issue, it's been wonderful and we are very pleased! Thank you.

Switching to DISH was the right decision for our family. The viewing experience is enjoyable and the adjustment to the remote has been easy. The best thing about this service is the terrific price. We hope to continue having a good experience.
