Nice to receive exactly what I ordered; good quality; decent material; proper size for my window seat; reasonably priced; and arrived sooner than expected!

We needed two cushions for window seats. I found US CUSHIONS to be a very easy process, and will order from them again. They show you how to measure, to get the best fit. Great options of tufting, trim and fabric, with unlimited looks. Questions were answered by customer service quickly and kindly. You'll be surprised by how small the packaging can be! Vacuum packed, cushions take a day to fully plump. The inside cushion is firm, in a very comfortable way, that I know will be long lasting. I chose a non-slip back and zippered cover. Both will be great options-keeping the cushion in place and easily removable if I need to wash it. I like to change the look of my decor seasonally- ordering a different color will be super easy now that I have the correct sized cushions. I recommend US CUSHIONS. It was an easy, personalized process and I got the exact look I was going for.

After dealing with a company that came up first in Google searches and dealing with nothing but lies and deception it was great to deal with USCushions. Even though nobody answers the phone listed(really bad idea) they respond to emails within hours. I ordered 3 cushions from them and they arrived 2 weeks after ordering unlike the other company that was still telling me lies 2 months after cushions were ordered. Even though there was an issue with my order(ordered tufted and got regular cushion they stepped up and delivered. Instead of telling me my order would ship in 5 days 5 phone calls in a row USCushions told me the exact procedure to fix the error and they honored that I would do business with these folks in an instant.
