I made a trial on the part of Uscreen 2 months ago and it happened that, despite I have disabled the subscription, Uscreen has contentinu to steal my money to date.
I tried to ask for an explanation, but the only thing they tried to do is convince me to use the platform.
But I don't want to use their service also because all the platforms turn out to be the same and aesthetically obscene!
I have moved to another cheaper and more serious OTT provider.

We'd more than happy to work towards providing you with a refund on your account. Hi Darko, this is Rob with the Uscreen team. I had a look into our email and live chat with you, and it looks like our Luis and Martha on our team responded to you well within 24 hours and resolved this issue for you.
I can see that your subscription has been cancelled and the last 2 payments have also been refunded to you (the funds should be back in your account within 5-10 business days).
Let us know if you have any questions, and if there's anything else we can help with in the future, we're here for you.
Best,
Rob

Read this properly. Don't risk taking a trial, you will be charged even after you cancel
I took a 14 day trial of uscreen on the 9th of January. I didn't like the platform because of extortionist charges. So, I cancelled within 10 days. I use a lot of SaaS products, so I was used to the process and I ALWAYS PUT AN ALARM ON MY CALENDAR, so I assumed that was it when I cancelled. Today, I logged into my bank account to find 2 months worth of payments to uScreen. So, I am assuming they had a glitch because I can't believe they would be stupid enough to intentionally not cancel accounts on request. Anyway, they saved my card details and kept charging me and would have continued to charge me had I not logged into my bank account.
Every single software company emails you before the trial expires, and before every payment after you become a customer. And they DID NOT send me a single email to say that payment will be taken, and I have all my emails. So, this is 2 months in a tow. If they believe what I am saying is not true, PROVE IT. Because I can show you my mailbox.
When I signed up for the trial, the cancellation was fairly straightforward. I logged in today, and recorded the whole process which I will publish so that you don't have to suffer like me. Most software or SaaS companies allow you to cancel the account by logging into the dashboard. It's fairly common in the industry. Uscreen insists on you emailing them. I don't get this. If a company is confident in its product and feels it offers great value, then why the desperation to put obstacles so that people have jump over barriers to cancel!
More important people, don't sign up for ANY COMPANY that insists on card details in advance. Most companies nowadays don't want card details in advance. Look around, you will see I am right. I was stupid and and didn't believe their system would be this bad.
One other thing you should know. Most companies like this will have customer support 7 days. Some will have 24/7 live chat. Even if it's not 24/7 chat, they will have email support 7 days, even if they don't have phone support.
With Uscreen, as a PAYING customer, you will have to wait till Monday for someone responds to you. Imagine running VOD channel and something goes wrong and you are relying on people who do your IT (aka uscreen), and they are doing 9-5!
I had no intention of going into all the problems I found with the platform. I had left after trying it, and just kept my opinions to myself. However, one of the worst things you can do to someone who gave you the courtesy of trying your product is to take money without permission, worst of it, not even a basic email to say that money was going to be taken, 2 MONTHS IN A ROW!
I have since signed up for a platform where I am getting double the amount of videos, built in quizzes, iOS and Android app for less than $1500 per Year! uscreen prices for that would above $6-$10,000 a year. Just check with uscreen, they can tell you because I have the emails from uscreen support.
uScreen, you need to refund me my money. It's the least you should do. Before you consider responding investigate this properly.
Oh, one other thing. Does uscreen not care about its paying customers. If we assume for a second that I was a willing paying customer. The least a SaaS company "normally" would do is to check if that customer is logging into their account and if they are happy and if the onboarding has gone well etc. And the bare minimum basics like "have they uploaded videos or a site". That would have straight away given alarm bells to any customer service agent unless they are told to keep charging!
I have not logged in after cancelling the trial within 14 days and never published it on a domain. That was almost 2 months ago. A few weeks ago I trialled Setmore scheduling app. Even though I did not proceed with them, I was shocked at how great the service was. They sent me emails to say why I wasn't logging in, and even called me twice to see if I needed help. I work in IT, so I know these are automated in their workflow, but even though I know this, I felt they appreciated my business. So, even after not using them, I would happily recommend them in the future because they made me feel valued.
I think Setmore plans start at about $10 a month, and you guys start at $100 a month, so uscreen just ignores its customers. Business must be too good!

Die Firma ist wirklich eine… Katastrophe
Die Firma ist wirklich eine Katastrophe. Das geht gar nicht, dass sie einfach 99 $ abbuchen, wenn ein Testaccount abläuft. Die Kunden werden einfach verarscht.

Total Con and Rip Off
They get you to pay $200 you load all your content on then when you request the apps to load onto Roku etc they then tell you ist another $950 to $2000 are they having a laugh. Plus it took them 3 weeks to even reply to my app request. Honestly total con and rip off just wasted 3 weeks and $200

Hi Sean,
I’m sorry you had some issues! I’ve checked and I see your account was already cancelled. We’ve actually sent multiple emails from both support and sales teams, to you to try and help you with your apps and inquiries, but I don’t see any response from you, or bounce-backs.
The app pricing for apps is and add-on and is included a custom package as stated on our website pricing page. You can check it again at https://www.uscreen.tv/pricing/
The Basic package that you’ve subscribed to doesn’t include the apps, as clearly indicated on the pricing.
I am happy to assist you and speak with you if you have any other questions.
Thanks,
The Uscreen Team

Please do yourself a favor and stay…
Please do yourself a favor and stay away from Uscreen and PJ, as he likes to aid businesses to break the law in order to keep his products. He threatened to sue me if I did not play to his game.. Bring on the lawsuit... hope your coming to Canada. I have alerted the police about this company and our government. We were under state of emergency and PJ told me on a recorded line to break the law and get him documents that could of been provided when things resume but no PJ likes to break the law. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!
I can't wait for the judge to hear the recording of this man telling me to break the law and COVID-19 is no big deal!

Hi Bill, I went back and checked our records and we found the conversations and emails you exchanged with our company. As Uscreen stated in the first conversation with you, if you plan to upload & host copyright material on Uscreen you will need to provide proof that you own rights to do so. I see that you uploaded studio-grade copyright content by major Studios in Hollywood, and you failed to provide us with any documentation that you had rights to re-distribute such content. We gave you multiple warnings, even allowed you with more than enough time to delete this content, you failed to do so and PJ gave you a call let you know that it is illegal to host copyright content on our network without owning rights to this content, you agreed and confirmed to delete your services with us. You then came back and posted this negative review. Uscreen complies with the USA & international laws and we are not able to host content on our network if you do not prove you have the right to re-distribute this content.

Fraud - Beware
Automatically subscribed my Paypal account and stole money from it.
Requested a refund through Paypal and it was declined.
I don't have an account with them nor have I ever heard of them.

Hi Redlad,
Our website www.uscreen.tv at this time (2019) doesn’t support PayPal purchases – we only accept credit cards, which is apparent when you visit our registration page. This is a misunderstanding, but we have an idea what happened. Are you still seeing the charges on your PayPal? (Apologies for the late reply, we weren’t notified about this review, so hopefully this was handled already.)
We are a video monetization company that supports 5000+ online streaming businesses like entertainment channels, fitness streaming channels, eLearning, etc. What we can just assume happened is that you subscribed to one of our client’s website using your PayPal. Please check your statement: the video streaming service name should be on there, as well as in the confirmation email, besides Uscreen.
You’re technically not paying anything to Uscreen, you’re paying to whatever streaming service you signed up for, and we’re just handling the payment process on behalf of them. If you still can’t find it and you saw any additional charges – please contact our support and they’ll help you get to the bottom of this.

PayPal is an extremely secure payment service so the chances of someone tapping into your account without you knowing is extremely unlikely.
Best of luck,
Uscreen Team
