This company is the worst of the worst. Friendly salesman with a strong Indian accent goes by fake name of Max Hudson scammed me out of $175. Promised to deliver a shipping container for $875 when others were asking $2000+. I should have seen this as the red flag it was! After delay and excuse and even LYING multiple times, saying the driver was in the area when he was not, saying they needed to purchase a bigger winch. One more day. Then another day. Then FINALLY, after even signing a contract at the $875 price, they call to say it will be over $1100! Scammers!! They would not refund my deposit even though they defaulted on the contract. Do NOT do business with this place. They are NOT registered with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration even though they advertise to be. Run! They will take your money and LIE to you. I'm reporting to every agency I can find.

Fraud and liars, Will quote you one price and then the day of pickup, double it or more. then even when unable to complete the delivery, failed to refund the deposit. Only after posting a YELP review did I get a phone call from James Ron, begging to remove the review and then they would refund my deposit....BUt yet, still no deposit refund...almost two months now.

This company is fraud and total scam they gave me a quote of $450 and at last moment they charge $1850 to ship my car when I was in trouble and stuck in bad situation they guys are not in America they are working from another country in call center and doing scam Be aware and donot trust on them liars and theifs once my vehicle reached bumper was damage and side mirrors were removed and stolen stay away from them Scammers.

I am not able to give this company a 0. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Agreed on a price with Elsa. On the day they were supposed to pick up my car, never showed up and wanted double the price that was agreed upon... still arguing with them for the deposit back and its been months. They are not a veteran or military friendly company. The only reason this site has good reviews is because the employees write them.

Due to payment issues at the time, carrier allowed a driver who was not apart of the shipment order to haul my motorcycle. Price quoted was 450.00 and went up to 750.00. 550.00 due on delivery. Paypal was used to setup and shouldve been used for delivery, but was not. Dispatcher was not respectful calling me a scammer as a result, I have 550.00 cash money waiting for your DRIVER WHO HAS STOLEN MY PROPERTY AND YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE AS WELL AS HE IS. 2500.00 IS WHAT YOU OWE FOR THE MOTORCYCLE HE STOLE PLUS LEGAL FEES, NOW DELIVER MY BIKE ASAP! When you quote a price from the beginning ALWAYS ENSURE YOU KEEP THE PRICE YOU QUOTE!. 2. NEVER EVER DISRESPECT THE CUSTOMER. 3. The review from Hannah Ryan on September 16 is exactly the same review as Taylor on September 19. Word for word . And these were even verified from trust pilot . This is an un arguable fact . I have reported it. They tried to raise my wire by $2,000 at the last minute. I wish I would of read the reviews first. Exactly what the negative reviews said . Any one that wants to use them knowing my experience go ahead and see for yourself . I can’t help it if the facts reveal the obvious .

Possible Bait and switch! quoted $300, 3 days later it would cost $700, then reduced to $550. Driver went to wrong house did not pick up motorcycle and left, did not even phone pick up number. Zach Hector produced a call log stating that the driver phoned me 6 times! It was not my driver it was another driver completely. I then asked for my $80 down payment back, Hector refused threatened me with legal action and even a $20,000 court case stating quoted "I'm warning you!. Bait and Switch proof?.. I asked for another quote which was exactly 2 times the distance as the first, guess what quote from Zach Hector......... $300!!! Do not deal with the company. UPDATE This is in reply to your comments regarding my experience in dealing with your company and why you received a 1 star rating. I am not surprised that your company is totally removed from believing the truth. I also have pictures and logs that you say you will send to anyone upon request. I also have these documents that were supplied to me by your associate Zach Hector. I think that this would be a bad idea, please read on. TRUTH #1... Picture supplied by your driver as the pick up point is WRONG. If you use Google Earth, put in the correct pickup address you will see that your proof is worthless as it proves that it is the WRONG HOUSE. TRUTH #2... The call log in both our possession shows 6 calls to my number, but no numbers are shown on your log. remember I too have a call log. The calls on my log show that they were from an 802 Virginia area code. Your pick up drivers area code is 929. My log shows that I never did receive any calls from the 929 number neither did my man at the pick up point. My log shows that i called the 929 number 2 times with no answer. I have called the 802 number and the driver confirms that he was not involved in my pick up. YOUR PROOF, WRONG AGAIN! I will help you here, could it be that you gave my number to the wrong driver. If you do send these documents to anyone that asks for them and the call log miraculously shows my cell phone number then I will have to take action. All of the above points has documentary evidence that confirms details I mentioned in my review are correct. I dislike my honesty being questioned and suggest that you remove you comments and save further embarrassment to your company. if not then I have no alternative but to send all details to the BBB. All I ask is that my deposit of $84 be returned to me. FOOTNOTE. I did eventually get my motorcycle picked up and delivered within 36 hours by one of your competitors at a price way below yours who obviously got a 5 star rating from me

Was given a quote for $260. They had my vehicle info ( year, make, model) when quoted. Then the day before the transport, they came back and said my truck was too big, they increased the cost to an additional $350. That was after I put down a deposit of $60. I ended up paying $410. Not the $260 they quoted.
