US CAR SHIP & TRUCKING - MC 1556270 negotiated favorable prices with the client for $800 and took 50% in advance. He provided us with a car for delivery from Texas to Ohio at a price twice as high - $ 1,200. The client did not agree to pay us upon delivery because his contract stated a smaller amount. We transported the car for free, the broker earned $ 400. US CAR SHIP & TRUCKING sent us a contract with the client that was forged in Photoshop.

I WAS QUOTED $450 FOR SHIPPING A MOTORCYCLE. I HAD AN UNLIMITED TIME WINDOW SO LET THEM CHOOSE SHIP DATE. THEY INFORMED ME IT WOULD BE PICKED UP IN 6 DAYS. 8 DAYS LATER STILL NO ONE SHOWED AND THE EXCUSE WAS THEY DIDN'T REALIZE THE 4TH OF JULY HOLIDAY WOULD HAVE THE DRIVER TAKING OFF (BS).THEY THEN PUT ME OFF FOR 2 MORE WEEKS WITH ME EMAILING FOR UPDATES EVERY 2 DAYS. THE AGENT (MIKE WATSON) CONTINUALLY STATED HE COULD FIND SOMEONE TO HAUL IT FOR TWICE THE AGREED QUOTE BUT WAS NOT GOING TO DO IT AT THE PRICE AGREED. 2 MORE WEEKS OF THIS THEN I GAVE IN AND AGREED TO $730 JUST TO GET THE MOTORCYCLE. ON 3 MORE OCCASIONS THEY HAD A PICKUP DATE SET AND IT DID NOT HAPPEN, THIS TIME BLAMING THE STURGIS RALLY. FINALLY ON AUGUST 8TH A DRIVER CALLED AND PICKED UP MY MOTORCYCLE. THE NEXT MORNING AFTER THE DRIVER HAD POSSESSION US CAR SHIP(MIKE) EMAILED ME THAT THE TERMS HAVE CHANGED AGAIN IT I WOULD NEED TO PAY MORE OR NOT GET MY BIKE. HE STATED HE PAID THE DRIVER $150 AND I WOULD HAVE TO PAY THE OTHER $150 OVERCHARGE. I THEN CONTACTED THE DRIVER AND SHIPPER AND THEY CONFIRMED THEY DID NOT PAY THEM ANYTHING AND I WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FULL PAYMENT. I FINALLY RECEIVED THE BIKE ON AUGUST 10TH, 6 WEEKS FROM THE ORIGINAL AGREEMENT DATE AND WAS TOLD I MUST SIGN A NEW CONTRACT TO GET IT. I DID NOT.

They use predatory tactics and use bair and switch to get your. they started out at 300 but raised it all the way to 1000. They took deposit and refused to refund when i changed my mind.

U.S. Carship and Trucking is not a hauler—they're middlemen who play both sides and leave you holding the bag. I was quoted $220 to ship my car from Utah to Colorado. I paid a $60 deposit after being explicitly told it would be applied toward the total. They had two full weeks to find a hauler for that rate. They failed. When they finally found a driver, they struck a separate deal for $300—without applying my $60 or informing the hauler about it. I had no choice but to pay the full $300 just to get my vehicle released. In total, I paid $360 for what was promised as a $220 job. They lied. They pocketed the deposit. And they've continued harassing me even after taking more money than agreed. This was a bait-and-switch, plain and simple. Avoid this company if you value honesty, transparency, or your bank account.

These guys are master con artists. First they quoted $650 one way. Then they changed their quote to $1100. Then on the day of pick up when they didn’t show up and didn’t call to notify anyone that they weren’t coming for the day they said that they didn’t have a driver And that it would cost me an extra $200 in order to get another company to ship the car for me. Then! When they finally showed up three days late with a different trucking company, they tried to get another hundred dollars as a broker fee because of the fact that they were using a different company to transport my vehicle in a rush as opposed to waiting for another week for their driver to come pick up the car. I would not trust them at all.

Es una vergüenza de empresa, dan un presupuesto y aparte de que es una eternidad la que se tardan no respetan el precio del contrato, son unos estafadores y nada fiables. Te piden una cuota inicial y hacen hasta lo imposible por robártelo ya que el precio que quieren que pagues al final es más del triple del valor inicial.
