Simon Smith is the ABSOLUTE BEST, SWEETEST, MOST HELPFUL, UNDERSTANDING & PATIENT person I have EVER had the HONOR of dealing with. He went ABOVE & BEYOND to help me with every problem I had, and TRUST ME I HAD PLENTY! He NEVER ONCE got aggravated, upset or tired of dealing with me. He DID NOT STOP until he had me and all my problems taken care of. And then he checked on me AFTER I was taken care of just to make sure everything went smoothly and I was ok.
