One of the WORST customer service experiences I’ve ever had
If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. I’m not even the type of person to write reviews but I think it is imperative to warn others about this scam for a company. I was quoted $800, paid a $250 deposit, and by the time they actually found a driver (which was 3 days after the contracted date of pick up) they were asking for an additional $400. This company is a complete and total scam. They’re super unprofessional, they promise to get back to you and never do. Every time we spoke it’s because I called them multiple times! My agent was Katie Sherman and the so-called manager’s name is Ron Thompson, both were very unprofessional. Whatever you do, DO NOT book with this company. I’m surprised they’re still in business. I would suggest SGT transport instead. They don’t require a deposit until the truck is actually in route to you, their communication is top-tier and I felt very at ease working with them instead.

Bait and switch pricing
I am only giving this company one star because I can’t give 0. While they did pick up the car next day as promised and deliver it in two as promised, the bait and switch reviews were true. I took a chance and booked them because they were really cheap. But, you get what you pay for. They promised to ship it for just under $600. They called me at 3 the next day and said it was going to be $1,300. The deposit was non refundable and that was in line with more reputable companies price. I should have just booked with montway or Sherpa. I went ahead and did it because I didn’t want to lose my deposit. I don’t like being duped though, so I would never use them again and wouldn’t recommend them. If they quote a price, they should stand by it. They know what the market is charging.

If I could give this company a negative…
If I could give this company a negative rating, I would give them -10 stars. I honestly don’t understand how they’re still in business. I was initially quoted $550, but by the end of the move I was charged $1,150—more than double the original estimate. To make matters worse, they also damaged my car during the move.
My experience with Kevin was extremely disappointing, and I felt misled throughout the process. Based on what happened to me, I would strongly recommend avoiding this company and looking elsewhere. You’ll likely save both money and a lot of frustration.

Samantha contacted me and swore they…
Notice how the other reviews have 1 review, they just make up fake accounts to try and boost their reviews. Don't be fooled.
Samantha from USCargoFreight Logistics contacted me and repeatedly assured me that the company was legitimate and not a scam. She told me they could pick up and deliver my newly purchased GMC Sierra from Washington to Arizona for a total price of $500.
On June 10, 2026, Samantha messaged me and stated:
“We offer reliable nationwide vehicle transport with full $250k insurance coverage. Total cost for your GMC Sierra is $500. Our driver can pick up on your preferred date.”
She then sent me the same message again on June 11, June 12, and June 13. She also asked, “When do you plan on shipping your vehicle?”
I told her I needed the vehicle picked up on Tuesday and delivered by Thursday, June 25. She replied, “Alright! We can do that. Is it in running condition?” I told her the truck was in running condition.
On June 15, she messaged me again and said their drivers could accommodate my schedule and transport the truck for $500. She sent me the same type of message again on June 16.
On Friday, June 19, I told Samantha that the vehicle was ready for pickup. She asked, “When do you want to do it?” I replied, “ASAP,” and she said, “OK, we can do MONDAY.”
She then asked me to sign their contract and pay a $260 deposit, which I did on Friday. Before paying, I specifically messaged her and said I would not be paying more than $500, which was the price we agreed on. She replied:
“As soon as you reserve your spot with us, your price will be locked in and guaranteed.”
After I paid, she sent me a message confirming that the pickup date was 6/23/2026. That message was sent to me on Monday, 6/22/2026.
Around this time, other drivers warned me that this company would likely try to collect more money from me and that there was no way they could ship my truck from Washington to Arizona for $500. I told Samantha this because I was nervous, and she repeatedly assured me that they would ship my truck for $500 without any problems.
On Wednesday, Samantha texted me:
“We're actively working on your order and finding the driver as per your preferences. We apologize for any delay. Please stay put, and if you have questions or need updates, don't hesitate to call us back at 6562019098 or reply to the same text. Your satisfaction is our priority.”
I responded and asked, “What time will pickup be?” She replied, “I am working on it. As soon as I have the driver's confirmation, I will let you know.”
I waited a few hours and texted her again, “Can you tell me what time you will have a driver, please?” She replied, “Pickup will be between 1PM and 3PM.”
That was Wednesday. The vehicle was never picked up.
At approximately 2:30 PM, Samantha sent me the same exact message again, with one change: “We expect the vehicle to be picked up tomorrow without any further delays...”
Then on Thursday, 6/26/2026, I received the same exact message again stating that they would pick up the vehicle tomorrow.
Samantha originally said the truck would be picked up Monday. Then she said Wednesday. Then she said Thursday. Each time, the vehicle was never picked up.
On Wednesday, I told Samantha to stop wasting my time and issue a refund. Since then, she has not responded and has not refunded my $260 deposit.
In my opinion, USCargoFreight Logistics used false and deceptive statements to get me to sign a contract and pay a deposit. They repeatedly promised a $500 guaranteed transport price, promised specific pickup dates, failed to pick up the vehicle, and then stopped responding when I requested a refund.
Today she messages me and says she has a driver ready to pick up the vehicle but I need to sign another contract and pay another $1300! When I told her NO I want a refund, she said no refunds.
Do not do business with this company.

Dishonest and Bad Business Practices
My daughter hired US CAR-GO FREIGHT to ship her car from Atlanta to Las Vegas based on the price they quoted her. Everything seemed fine until right before the scheduled pickup, when they suddenly increased the price. We felt blindsided because the original quote was the reason she chose them in the first place. It felt like they got her committed and then changed the terms at the last minute.
When we decided to use another carrier because we weren't comfortable with the price increase, USCargoFreight kept her deposit. Based on our experience, this company was not transparent or trustworthy, and I would strongly caution others before doing business with them.
