Recurring Charges
I ordered a long form birth certificate in June and paid with my credit card. It wasn't exactly cheap to get the birth certificate, but I did receive it and was able to use it to get TSA Pre-Check. The problem is that I've seen two recurring charges for $9.99, once in July and a second in August. Getting a birth certificate is a one-time transaction and not a subscription. Please cease from charging my credit card. Update 1: I got a reply to my review. It appears to be the same canned response that I've seen for other reviews about this company. I've already emailed their support about the issue I discussed in this review and I received a reply from "David" (Not sure if David is a human or a chatbot) claiming that they could not locate my customer file and asked for more information like my order number which I sent. Still waiting for an answer from "David". Update 2; The recurring charges were stopped and I did receive a refund for one of the charges.
