Form is User friendly BUT Final Steps Difficult
User friendly But the follow up email would not work. The Order ID appeared to be accepted but the Password provided would not be accepted. Requested to develop another password and never received a follow up email.Thus the order is not complete!!!

I paid $200 to have my birth…
I paid $200 to have my birth certificate shipped to me in Florida. I do not have any tracking information or estimated time of arrival. I was not given contact information as to who to contact for an update on shipping and arrival. I may be waiting until eternity at this rate.
