I have placed an order # 149873 on the US Beauty Bazaar site of 18 lightening shower gel since June 24, 2020 for a total of $ 449.82 I received an email from US Beauty Bazaar saying that my order is apparently canceled the invoicing the address and the address of reception of the parcel were not the same (they are good addresses I confirm) I send 2 e-mails to the American bazaar to reassure them to validate my order because the 2 addresses are good I confirm but no response for 5 days. .. I look at my bank balance and I see that the $ 449.82 has been withdrawn by US beauty bazaar from my account and is no longer available I contact my bank to ask it to block the transaction because the site has canceled my order the bank tells me that unfortunately we the beauty bazaar did not cancel the transaction with them but only with me so they cannot release the amount it is only they who must contact them to cancel the transaction .. since i send the messages to US Beauty Bazaar so that they divert my money into my account but no response from them I am lost for 6 days now it's total silence on their part I need my 449.82 $ I work with this money it is the fruit of my effort to return my money if you cancel my order please.

Zero Stars am so upset I ordered two items 3 weeks ago and up to now I haven’t received them. I Called the customer service and was told my order would arrive a week ago , I waited but nothing was delivered. I have been trying to call them ever since on the website number that sends me to voicemail or message with WhatsApp link, no response at all. Am starting to question if they are scam. If we can order online on your website then we should have communication too via email

So I purchased 4 items which I received within 5 days.. I called the day of my arrival that I had a reaction to one of the products and wanted to return to exchange for something else. I shipped the items I didn't used back the same day paid for shipping bc the shipping receipt the company gave didn't work at postal.. they received their products back with 2 days.. I only had the items in my possession for one day.. they send me a email on the 3 day which is a Saturday statting they received their products and I used them n they could only give me half. I tried to call them that same day no. Answer.. I've lost 145 dollars of my money bc they claim i used the product that i had only one day actually one hour then straight back to postal office.. now i have no products no money.. i will not be doing business with this company again.. if someone buys something and its returned within 3 days due to shipping it's not used.. they lied just to keep my money.. due yourself a favor a shop elsewhere. This company isn't good with business... very upset they would do this to me .

Pls do not buy from this site.its a total scam.fake people and mostly fake products.stay clear.i ordered a cream.serum and gel.till this day over a month now,no products no refund.calls are never picked up and emails are never responded to.stay clear and count your little loss

Bad company, do not buy from this company USBEAUTYBAZAAR is a fraud. I ordered 6 items from them. They delivered 5 items, and they minute in my shipping receipt that the 6th item was not aavailable but they withdrew money for it. And they never refunded my money. No one is picking the customer service #.

From November 2016 up until sometime in mid 2017 I guess they were BHB Distributors and they were good. I would order a product that wasn't listed on the website (although the brand's other products were listed) and I'd call the store #, speak to someone and then I'd text my order and AMEX # to a warehouse MOD/Owner and I'd get my order. I only needed to order the product 2x a year because I'd buy enough to last for 4-6 months. They changed their website and named it US Beauty Bazaar. I last ordered from them September 2018 with no problems. When I tried to do the same in April 2019 some kind of worm had entered in their company and their operation had gone down hill. No one would pick up the store phone; I'd text and receive a text back to send over my order but would get no follow up. Then I looked up the both US Beauty and BHB and found out other customer were having these serious problems with sending money and not getting shipments. It's very disconcerting and sad what happened to this company.

They are fraudsters!!! They are here doping people. Don't buy from them. I ordered from them and they sent me fake emails hoping to receive my products. Two weeks didn't see anything. I called, sent messages to them but never responded any. I tracked my tracking number they sent me and USPS told me it never exist and was created by the sender. Till now didn't receive either my order or refund. They are fraudsters! Save your money.
